Buff and Scrub Initiative

Gilford Corporation participated in DC Mayor, Adrian Fenty's "Buff and Scrub Initiative" during Summer 2007. Gilford provided pro bono services at Coolidge Senior High School originally constructed in 1940. Per Principal L. Nelson Burton's request, Gilford painted hallways and corridors a bright white to better reflect light and thus create a more cheerful environment.
