Olive Branch Community Church, Sandy Spring, MD: Fast-track construction of a new 9,746 sf facility that will accommodate a Sanctuary and church offices. Work encompasses erection of a pre-engineered manufactured metal building with windows and added exterior stone and stucco finishes. Site work included excavation, installation of site utilities, and paving including site concrete and pervious pavement to reduce precipitation runoff. The interior fit-out included construction of a Baptismal area; mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems for the entire building; and architectural finishes (drywall, carpet/tile flooring, painting, and other finishes). This project is scheduled to be completed within 10 months.
